Called to fix my issue which it was my driver window not going up I asked if they can’t fix the problem at least just bring the windows up . They made me leave my car overnight to call today and ask if they fix the issue or at least were able to roll the window up. But nothing one of the mechanic they haven’t even looked at the car ? What ?? For a window you need a whole week ? Why would you make me leave my car if you won’t check it out until 3 days later it doesn’t make sense. Now I’m heading back to get the car just as I dropped it off . Unbelievable, will not recommend at all. Wasted my time , days off and now gotta get back to work with the car not fixed at all. Thank you .

My car’s horn wasn’t working and I was able to get new horns today. They were so quick and I’m very pleased I was able to get them done the same day. Sergio was very nice and helpful as well. I love how well he explained everything and it really helped me understand what was going on. I definitely recommend this place to everyone else.

I would never come here again and I advise you not to as well. I brought my vehicle which was having misfire issues. They kept it for almost an entire year and kept beating around the bush with what parts they needed to fix it. They even said the tech needs to go to the junkyard to get parts. What?! This vehicle isn’t old to the point you can’t find parts to order… What’s even worse, when I finally decided I had enough, I got it towed and I realized my son’s car seat wasn’t inside. I did notice a car seat outside on the street that was sun damaged and looked beat up. I never would thought they would need to take out my son’s car seat for any work. When I brought it up to their attention, the owner was like “ohhh that must be your car seat outside. We don’t know how it got there.” I told him it’s destroyed and he gave me $40 bucks from his drawer and said “that’s all I have for you”. At this point I wanted to just be done with these unprofessional and incompetent people. The best part, I had it towed to my friend’s place and he was able to diagnose it within 30 minutes and I had my car back to normal within that week.
